With Decision Graph, business users can quickly and easily explore, compare and modify strategies for ongoing improvement in their customer treatment decisions. Decision Graph builds insight, so clients can develop optimized strategies—both in streamlined decision points and reduced errors—that not only build profitability, but are also easy to explain. TRIAD version 8.5 also adds power and flexibility with: the latest features of the industry-leading business rules management system, FICO™ Blaze Advisor® 6.5.5; improved reporting with BusinessObjects XI R2 Desktop Intelligence; and enhancements to the TRIAD Analytic Datamart, making it easier than ever to optimize strategies and models, drill down into individual data records, and produce custom reports.
Processor TRIAD
As an alternative to end-user TRIAD, FICO has partnered with several leading credit card processors across the globe to host TRIAD on behalf of their clients. While each of our processor partners offers their own unique services, all provide the three main TRIAD components: predictive analytics, adaptive control software and strategy consulting. Implementation is usually fast and inexpensive because the TRIAD system is already installed on the processor’s network and integrated with production systems. Predictive analytics may be in the form of pooled models, which are built using data from all of the processor’s clients and which can be tailored to your requirements, or they may be custom models based exclusively on your data. Processor TRIAD enables you to control the specific treatment of your accounts while not having to worry about the maintenance of the system.

Banque Nationale du Canada / National Bank of Canada is expanding its implementation of TRIAD Customer Manager to drive innovations in its business practices for performance improvement. An integrated implementation of TRIAD Customer Manager and FICO® Capstone® Decision Manager for originations is enabling the bank to make faster decisions while improving both the customer's experience and the bank's control over risk.
