  • RightStart Starter Service
    The RightStart Starter Service is a packaged service that combines our RightStart Fundamentals engagement with the traditional FICO Blaze Advisor Fundamentals training class and technical mentoring in how to apply these newly acquired skills to a real-world problem. This service gives you critical expert guidance in broader aspects of the definition and design phases than the RightStart Fundamentals engagement alone. FICO experts will mentor your business analysts on the art of business rule analysis by completing the specification of a subset of your business rule requirements. A FICO trainer will provide up to 12 of your team with 4 days of classroom training on the FICO Blaze Advisor product. And a senior business rule architect will mentor your technical architects by completing the high-level design for one business rule service.
  • Repository Migration Assessment and Service
    This service gives you full insight into the scope of the effort that will be required to migrate your business rule repositories, RMA, and upgrade your Blaze Advisor application between product versions. We help you avoid errors during automated migration by addressing features that are not automatically migrated by the Blaze Advisor Migration Utility, including multiple innovator projects, replacement values, custom providers, advanced templates, RMA customizations and undocumented APIs. Our findings help determine and define your migration path. After assessing the scope and level of effort for the migration, FICO's experts will perform a basic migration if it is deemed sufficient. Otherwise, if a basic migration is not sufficient, we will provide plan and scope for full migration service. In a full migration service, FICO re-factors your repository design to take full advantage of new version capabilities. The re-factored design incorporates the migration plan, migration utility errors, and your advanced functionality.
