FICO Acquires Adeptra
Extends FICO’s Decision Management applications with real-time customer engagement and risk intervention
On August 16, FICO announced that it is acquiring Adeptra, a leader in cloud-based customer engagement and risk intervention solutions. The transaction is expected to be completed in September.
Adeptra offers a SaaS (software as a service) platform that enables organizations to communicate with customers and resolve issues in real time using voice, SMS, mobile application, email and other channels. With Adeptra’s technology and FICO’s decision management applications, businesses can compete and grow in the mobile economy, seamlessly turning decisions into actions that improve fraud protection, loss mitigation and collections, all while improving customer service.
