FICO offers all our customers three ways to contact Product Support which can be accessed through the links above.

All Severity 1 production down issues must be submitted by phone.

For other severity issues, the preferred channel is our Online Support portal offering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week access to submit, review and update a case. In addition, the portal offers knowledge article suggestions while submitting a case and access to all knowledge articles for review. Alternatively, cases may be submitted through email or by calling our global Support Centers.
