Gigi Ligons

Gigi Ligons is a Director and subject matter expert within the Scores Client Services group at FICO®, where she leads the Core Consumer Lending team. In this role, she collaborates with lenders and industry professionals to help them understand, evaluate, and effectively use FICO® Scores. Gigi and her team focus on building strong partner relationships, delivering scalable programs, and providing training and education to more than 9,000 regional banks, credit unions, and community banks in the core consumer lending market. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and an MBA.
