With more than 24 years’ experience, her extensive credit risk and operational knowledge at all levels has been gained through scoping, managing and delivering end-to-end solutions across the full customer life cycle for both emerging and established markets and products. Her solutions have focused on how data, predictive analytics and decision support software can be utilised to optimise credit decision strategies for many organisations and industries both consumer and commercial.
