0 if successful, 1 if
src cannot be open, 2 if
dst cannot be open, 3 if an error occured during the copy and 4 if
src cannot be removed after copy.

This function renames file
src to file
dst . Source and destination file names do not need to use the same IO driver. If both are using the same IO driver and this driver supports the function, the operation is performed by the driver otherwise the original file is first duplicated then deleted. Deletion can be performed only if the driver of the source file supports file removal.
