FICO Xpress Insight Patch Installation

This section describes how to manually install an Xpress Insight patch into an existing Xpress Insight installation.

Note Review and read any notes related to the patch before proceeding with these instructions.

Depending on your installation, use the following zip file:

FICO Xpress Insight x.y.z.p (64-bit).zip

Note It is recommended that you back up both your database and Xpress Insight installation before applying this patch.

Use the following instructions to install the patch:

1. Unzip the appropriate patch ZIP and copy the patch-x.y.z.p folder to %XPRESSDIR%\insight\lib.
2. Start the Xpress Insight Server if it is not currently running.
3. From within a command prompt run the following commands:
   cd %XPRESSDIR%\insight\lib\patch-1.2.9.1

   installPatch.bat
