0 if executed succesfully, a positive value otherwise.
Further information
1. This function should be called just before initializing an array (typically from within an
initializations from routine): this allows to handle transparently the finalization of index sets when automatic finalization is in use and to transform implicit dynamic arrays into static arrays when possible.
2. After this routine has been applied to an array, the use of
getarrval on this array is disabled until
endarrinit is called.
3. The initialization procedure must be concluded by a call to
endarrinit in order restore the array data structure.
