getrows
Purpose
Returns the nonzeros in the constraint matrix for the rows in a given range.
Synopsis
getrows(prob, first, last)
Arguments

prob
|
The current problem.

|
first
|
First row in the range.
|
|
last
|
Last row in the range.
|
Return value
A list with the following elements:
- start
- The indices indicating the starting offsets in the colind and colcoef arrays for each requested row
- colind
- The column indices of the nonzero elements for each row.
- colcoef
- The nonzero element values.
