0 if successful, 1 if
src cannot be open, 2 if
dst cannot be open and 3 if an error occured during the copy.
Further information
This function makes a copy of file
src. Source and destination file names do not have to use the same IO driver. The function will perform no operation and return 0 if
src and
dst are identical text strings.
