Further information
1. This function (re)initialises an iterator by binding it to the specified array and setting its state to
ITER_BOUND. The iterator is first reset if it was already in use.
2. The
sparsenum argument decides whether the enumeration should select only the existing entries of the array if it is of a sparse format (this option has no effect on a dense array).
