Further information
1. This procedure adds an array of cuts to the problem in the Optimizer. The cuts are applied to the current node and all its descendants. Note that the three arrays that are passed as parameters to this procedure must have the same index set.
2. This routine can only be called from the solver callbacks
XPRS_CB_OPTNODE,
XPRS_CB_PREINTSOL and
XPRS_CB_NODELPSOLVED (see
setcallback).
