The variable's new upper bound.

0 if function executed successfully, 1 otherwise.
Example
The following code changes the upper bound of
x1 to
200.
XPRBprob prob; XPRBvar x1; ... x1 = XPRBnewvar(prob, XPRB_UI, "abc3", 1, 100); XPRBsetub(x1, 200);
