Initializing help system before first use

bim2bat

Purpose
Turn a bim file into a DOS script (.bat).
Synopsis
procedure bim2bat(src:string, dst:string, embed:boolean)
procedure bim2bat(src:string, dst:string)
Arguments
src 
Bim file.
dst 
Destination file name (can be a directory, extension may be omitted).
embed 
Whether to embed the bim file into the script.
Example 
 mos2bim("test.mos","test3.bim")
   ! -> mosel comp -o test3.bim test.mos
 bim2bat("test3.bim",".",true)
   ! -> CP test3.bim zlib.deflate:deploy.ascii85:tmp:muid1_82a6e7b2sh_asc
   ! -> CAT -ft tmp:muid1_82a6e7b2sh_scr tmp:muid1_82a6e7b2sh_asc .\test3.bat
 runcmd("test3.bat")                                ! Only on Windows platforms
   ! -> test3.bat
   ! ... output from running test.mos ...
Further information
1. The operation will be performed only if the src file is newer than the destination file.
2. The destination file will be deleted if the variable runmode is set to "clean".
3. Any execution error will cause a program termination if exitonfail is true.
