set_integer
Purpose
This method turns a variable into an integer variable in a linear relaxation.
Synopsis
procedure set_integer(relax:cplinrelax, var:cpauxvar, ifmip:boolean)
procedure set_integer(relax:cplinrelax, var:cpvar, ifmip:boolean)
