Sum(IEnumerable, IEnumerable, Func) Method
Create a 2-dimensional sum of expressions. Note that the terms are captured by reference, i.e., changing those terms later will affect the return sum.

- Data for dimension 1.

- Function to produce an expression for each data tuple.
