isnewer
Purpose
Test whether a file is newer than another file.
Synopsis
function isnewer(new:text, old:text):boolean
Arguments

Path to the file to test.

Path to the reference file.

Return value
true if file
new is newer than file
old or if file
old does not exist
Example
cp("-f","myfile.txt","newfile.txt") ! Copy has same date as original
! -> CP myfile.txt newfile.txt
writeln(isnewer("newfile.txt","myfile.txt")) ! Output: false
ftouch("newfile.txt") ! Set file date to current time
writeln(isnewer("newfile.txt","myfile.txt")) ! Output: true
