mos2bim

Purpose
Compile a Mosel file to produce a bim file.
Synopsis
procedure mos2bim(srcs:list of string, dst:string)
procedure mos2bim(src:string, dst:string)
Arguments
src 
Source file.
srcs 
Source file followed by its dependencies.
dst 
Destination file name (can be a directory, extension may be omitted).
Example 
 mos2bim("test.mos","dir/")
   ! -> mosel comp -o dir/test.bim test.mos    (if MODE other than 'clean')
   ! -> RM dir/test.bim                        (if MODE='clean')
Further information
1. The operation will be performed only if either one of the srcs files or src is newer than the destination file.
2. The destination file will be deleted if the variable runmode is set to "clean".
3. Any execution error will cause a program termination if exitonfail is true.
