problem.addQMatrix
Purpose
Adds a new quadratic matrix into a row defined by triplets.

Further information
1. The triplets should be filled to define the upper-triangular part of the quadratic expression. This means that to add [x2 + 6 xy] the
rowqcoef array shall contain the coefficients 1 and 3, respectively.
2. This function cannot be called while the current problem is being solved or when it is in an interrupted state. Use problem.postSolve to restore the problem to a non-solving state.
