This proven decision management tool applies advanced analytics to individual customer-level decisions to achieve the best tradeoff among competing portfolio goals, such as risk and profitability. Version 6,3 delivers breakthrough capabilities for rapidly and flexibly creating deployable business strategies in the form of decision trees, decision graphs or decision tables.
With Decision Optimizer 6.3, a strategy analyst can capture and specify key criteria, such as patterns across customer segments, and business owners and regulators can then evaluate and approve the optimized decision logic. The analyst can compare new customer strategies to existing strategies to gain insights into their differing impact on business metrics including profitability and risk, across the customer base and across varying assumptions about future economic conditions.
