The FICO® Debt Manager™ FitAgent™ user interface reduces collection call times by enabling agents to type less and accomplish more. As they talk with consumers, agents click through a series of options that naturally follow the conversation. They can add comments at any point, but fewer are needed. Most information is captured in the preconfigured options, which collection organizations can change as needed.
