The second Payment Services Directive — better known as PSD2 — is on course for full implementation by April 2018. PSD2 will have a significant impact on how you, as a Payment Service Provider (PSP), manage both fraud and your customer relationships. Two of the main aims of PSD2 are to reduce fraud, particularly electronic fraud, and to give consumers a wider choice of payment services. Both of these will have an impact on your fraud operations.
