Fair Isaac Wins 2005 North America Oracle Titan Partner of the Year Award

October 23, 2005
(Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA) - Fair Isaac Corporation (NYSE:FIC), the leading provider of analytics and decision technology, announced today that it has won the 2005 Oracle North America Titan Partner of the Year Award in the Database category.

The award, presented on September 18 at an awards ceremony at Oracle OpenWorld, Oracle's annual technology showcase in San Francisco, recognizes Fair Isaac's excellence in delivering an innovative Network Assurance Analytics solution to help telecommunications service providers monitor and verify network performance. The solution enables companies to provide their customers with the highest levels of service.

Based on Fair Isaac's market-proven neural network and patented profiling technologies, the solution analyzes transaction data encompassing the traffic traversing a network and assigns risk scores that alert managers to potential network trouble - including network failures, intrusion, abuse, and network quality issues. Cases flagged for further investigation are stored and retrieved utilizing Oracle 10g Databases. Network operators are able to take quick, corrective actions that minimize network impact and improve overall network availability.

"This year's Titan Award winners have delivered outstanding solutions and business with Oracle," said Rauline Ochs, group vice president, North America Channels at Oracle. "We commend the innovation and the expertise that has helped Fair Isaac stand out among a very solid group of partners."

"Fair Isaac is proud to receive this honor from a valued strategic partner," said Tony Zarrella, vice president of Telecom Risk Analytics solutions at Fair Isaac. "Fair Isaac's Network Assurance Analytics solution is a great example of how our innovations, coupled with Oracle's premier database, are driving the infusion of analytics into exciting new capabilities and applications that positively impact our clients' businesses."
