FICO survey shows that 37% of Brazilians gave up an online shopping because they forget their password

E-commerce had a great growth during the coronavirus pandemic, as many commercial establishments were closed. To make online purchases, each e-commerce requires the user to create a password, and this ends up being a barrier that prevents many sales: according to a study by FICO, the world leader in predictive analytics software, 37% of Brazilian consumers gave up on purchasing any product over the internet because they forgot their password.
