LONDON —June 3, 2013 — FICO (NYSE:FICO), a leading predictive analytics and decision management software company, today announced that it has appointed Hayley Kershaw as its new vice president and managing director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Kershaw previously headed the Professional Services team in EMEA, and will now run sales, services and marketing for FICO in the region.
Kershaw has more than 20 years of experience in financial services. Before joining FICO in February 2011, she was UK IT director for IKANO Financial Services. She has also led multi-million-pound IT and business transformation programs for First Data International, Capital One, AMS (now CGI) and Barclaycard.
