prob: Type: SystemIntPtr
The IntPtr prob olbject of the current BCL problem. This will receive the BCL prob pointer.
vContext: Type: SystemObject
The user object as set when creating the callback using AddMessageCallback.
msg: Type: SystemString
The message for output.
