name: Type: SystemString
The string name of the new XPRBctr constraint.
ac: Type: BCLXPRBrelation
The XPRBrelation relation which will form the new constraint.

Type: XPRBctr
The new XPRBctr object.

Remarks

This form of the newCtr method is most often used to set standard problem constraints. Its use can be seen in every example in the Introductory, Advanced and User's Guide Examples folders.
