Synchronize BCL with the Optimizer. This method resets the BCL problem status.

Type: SystemInt32
The type of synchronisation. Possible values are:

BCLconstant.XPRB_XPRS_SOL - Update the BCL solution information with the LP solution currently held in the Optimizer .
BCLconstant.XPRB_XPRS_SOLMIP - Update the BCL solution information with the MIP solution currently held in the Optimizer .
BCLconstant.XPRB_XPRS_PROB - Force problem reloading.

Type: Int32
0 on success.
