 By default, BCL uses the Anglo-American decimal point when reading and writing real numbers. With this function the decimal sign accepted by the data input functions
 XPRBreadlinecb and
 XPRBreadarrlinecb can be changed to a comma or any other non-numerical ASCII character. Note that all output still contains the decimal point.
