Configuring LDAP User Authentication
The following steps outline the process to enable LDAP user authentication.
The steps assume that
Xpress Insight server and LDAP server have already been installed.
- Open the web page at http://<hostname>:8860/insightadmin (where <hostname> is the computer hosting Xpress Insight Server), and log in with an account that has administrator privileges.
- From any of the main pages within the Web Admin client, select LDAP from the header bar to access the LDAP Configuration page.
- Click Edit to edit the LDAP configuration.
- Enter the appropriate values into the fields displayed on the Edit LDAP Configuration page. Check Enable and click Save.
