Installing FICO ® Xpress

FICO® Xpress is a pre-requisite of FICO Xpress Insight.
Before you begin, ensure that you have the correct version of Xpress for the version of Xpress Insight that you are installing. Xpress Insight 4.10 uses Xpress 8.4.
  1. Obtain the Xpress software installer - the file xpX.Y_win_x86_64_setup.exe, where X and Y are version numbers.
  2. Run the setup file.
    If you are a Symantec user, click Allow this file to proceed.
  3. Select Static Licensing.
  4. Click No for hardware dongle support.
  5. Click Yes for Kalis support.
  6. Accept all the other default settings to complete the installation.
    Important If you are prompted to restart your machine, click No.
  7. Copy your license file xpauth.xpr to C:\xpressmp\bin.

You can now go on to install Xpress Insight as described in the next section.
