Purpose

Get the reduced cost value of a variable.

Arguments

ctx	Mosel's execution context
var	Reference to a decision variable

Return value

Reduced cost value or 0.

This function returns the reduced cost value of a given variable if the problem has been solved successfully (otherwise 0).
