0 if successful, 1 otherwise (invalid parameters)
Further information
This function deletes a breakpoint previously set using
XPRMdbg_setbrkp. If no breakpoint was installed at the given location, the function has no effect; if the line index is -1, all defined breakpoints are cleared.
