Index of the first element in the set.
Further information
This function returns the index of the first element of a given set. In a range
set, the lowest value (lower range bound) is returned. In a set of strings, the first element always has the index (= order number) 1. It is recommended to test whether the set is not empty (using function
XPRMgetsetsize) before calling this function.
