Purpose
Removes a callback function previously added by
XPRSaddcbmipthread. The specified callback function will no longer be called after it has been removed.

The current problem.

The callback function to remove. If NULL then all variable branching callback functions added with the given user-defined object value will be removed.

object

The object value that the callback was added with. If NULL, then the object value will not be checked and all variable branching callbacks with the function pointer
f_mipthread will be removed.
