Purpose
Loads directives into the presolved matrix.
Synopsis
problem.loadpresolvedirs (mcols, mpri, qbr, dupc, ddpc)
Arguments

mcols

Array containing the column numbers. A negative value indicates a set number (
-1 being the first set,
-2 the second, and so on).

Array containing the priorities for the columns or sets. May be
None if not required.

qbr
|
Character array specifying the branching direction for each column or set:

Array containing the up pseudo costs for the columns or sets. May be

ddpc
|
Array containing the down pseudo costs for the columns or sets. May be
None if not required.
