Port Configuration for Firewall Configurations
The following lists the ports to be used by client-server communications for firewall configuration.

| 80 | Tableau from Xpress Insight Client to Tableau Server |
| 8060 | Access to the Tableau Server PostgreSQL database (if Tableau is installed on another machine) |

Note *It is recommended that you deploy
Xpress Insight Server, PostgreSQL, and Tableau (if used) on one machine and the
Execution Worker on another machine because the latter consumes a high volume of cores and clock cycles. In this case, you do not need to configure port 5432 unless your firewall also prevents localhost loopbacks.

Note If you are using AD or LDAP authentication, the appropriate ports on
Xpress Insight and AD/LDAP server must be opened as well.
