The number of entries in the array

Integer array holding the indices of the constraints to be processed. This array may be
NULL, in which case all eligible constraints in the problem will be processed

Further information
This function is deprecated and is maintained for compatibility reasons. It will be removed in future XSLP releases, the functionality being moved to the presolver.
