Delete coefficients from the current problem

Arguments

Prob	The current SLP problem.
nSLPCoef	Number of SLP coefficients to delete.
RowIndex	Row indices of the SLP coefficients to delete.
ColIndex	Column indices of the SLP coefficients to delete.
