setType Method
Set the cut row type. This method changes the type of a previously defined cut to inequality or equation.

The type to set the XPRBcut relation to. Possible values:- BCLconstant.XPRB_L - Less than or equal to (inequality).
- BCLconstant.XPRB_G - Greater than or equal to (inequality).
- BCLconstant.XPRB_E - Equal to (equation).
Return Value
Type: Int320 on success, 1 on failure.
