Saving Copies of Attachments

By clicking Save As, you can save a copy of any attachment you are editing.

Complete the following steps to save a copy of an attachment.

  1. From the Home page, open an app.
  2. Complete one of the following actions:
    • Open the App Attachments dialog box using the Action Menu icon if you want to save a copy of an attachment at the app level.
    • Open the Scenario Attachments dialog box using the scenario's Open Menu icon if you want to save a copy of an attachment at the scenario level.
  3. Locate the relevant attachment in the list and click the Select Editor icon: .
  4. Click to choose an appropriate editor from the list.
  5. Click Save As, provide a file name in the dialog box and click Save.
