The path to a folder used to contain mock attachments to be used when mminsight is in
test mode

Notes
|
1. When not in test mode, this parameter has no effect.
2. Attachments of the current scenario will be stored in a subdirectory
scenattach.
3. Attachments of the current application will be stored in a subdirectory
projattach.
4. The path to the folder can be absolute or can be local to the model's work directory.
5. If not set, then in test mode the
scenattach and
projattach folders will be created directly below the current working directory.
