XSLP_SBSTART
Description
SLP iteration after which step bounds are first applied
Type
Integer
Default value
8
Note
If step bounds are used, they can be applied for the whole of the SLP optimization process, or started after a number of SLP iterations. In general, it is better not to apply step bounds from the start unless one of the following applies:
(1) the initial estimates are known to be good, and explicit values can be provided for initial step bounds on all variables; or (2) the problem is unbounded unless all variables are step-bounded. |
