 Change the status setting of a constraint

  Arguments

     Prob

     The current SLP problem.

     RowIndex 
     | 
     The index of the matrix row to be changed.

     Status 
     | 
     Address of an integer holding a bitmap with the new status settings. If the status is to be changed, always get the current status first (use
     XSLPgetrowstatus) and then change settings as required. The only settings likely to be changed are:

 The following example changes the status of row 9 to be an enforced constraint.
