Purpose
Returns the banner and copyright message.
Synopsis
int XPRS_CC XPRSgetbanner(char *banner);
Argument
banner

Buffer long enough to hold the banner (plus a null terminator). This can be at most 512 characters.

The following calls
XPRSgetbanner to return banner information at the start of the program:
