Purpose
Removes a cut log callback function previously added by
XPRSaddcbcutlog. The specified callback function will no longer be called after it has been removed.

The current problem.

f_cutlog

The callback function to remove. If NULL then all cut log callback functions added with the given user-defined object value will be removed.

object
|
The object value that the callback was added with. If NULL, then the object value will not be checked and all cut log callbacks with the function pointer
f_cutlog will be removed.
