Purpose
Sets the path to use for the attachments directory of the current app

procedure insightsettestappattachdir(testattachdir:text)
Argument
testattachdir 
The path to the app attachments folder
Example 
insightsettestappattachdir('C:/dev/appattachments')

Further information
1. When you set a path using this function, it will be used instead of the projattach subdirectory of the folder specified by insight_test_attach_dir parameter.
2. Calling this procedure when insight_testmode is false will cause the model to abort with a runtime error.
