Purpose
Retrieve the value of a control parameter or attribute by name
Synopsis
int XPRS_CC XSLPgetparam(XSLPprob Prob, const char *Param, char *cValue);
Arguments
Prob 
The current SLP problem.
Param 
Name of the control or attribute whose value is to be returned.
cValue 
Character buffer to receive the value.
Example
The following example retrieves the value of the Xpress NonLinear pointer attribute XSLP_XPRSPROBLEM which is the underlying optimizer problem pointer:
XSLPprob Prob;
XPRSprob xprob;
char Buffer[32];
XSLPgetparam(Prob, "XSLP_XPRSPROBLEM", Buffer);
xprob = (XPRSprob) strtol(Buffer,NULL,16);
Further information
This function can be used to retrieve any Xpress NonLinear or Optimizer attribute or control. The value is always returned as a character string and the receiving buffer must be large enough to hold it. It is the user's responsibility to convert the character string into an appropriate value.
