Purpose
Load a user defined tuner method from the given file.
Synopsis
problem.tunerreadmethod (methodfile)
Argument
methodfile 
The method file name, from which the tuner can load a user-defined tuner method.
Example 
p.tunerreadmethod ('method.xtm')
This loads the tuner method from the method.xtm file.
